satisfactory you will proceed to the Private Contract with 10% paid to the selling party’s lawyer. Our Office Manager will guide you through this process, liaising with the lawyers and be there to answer any
questions you may have.

Completion

Completion of the sale will take place at the notary, where all legal
formalities will be finalized. Both parties will sign the necessary
documents, and the transfer of ownership will be officially recorded.
